Once Upon a Time Child Care Center, LLC is a limited liability corporation, locally owned and managed. The Center Director reports to the Administrator. Teachers, Floaters, Substitutes, the Cook and all other employees, volunteers and contractors report to the Center Director.

Once Upon a Time Child Care Center is licensed to serve 140 children ages 6 weeks through fifth grade in a full-time, year-round child care program. Center hours are: 6:30 am – 6:00 pm Monday – Friday.

These policies, tuition and fees are subject to change at any time without notice. The most current set of OUAT General Policies, Tuition Schedule and a copy of the State of Wisconsin Child Care Licensing Rules are located in the reception area of the Center and are available for review. The Group Child Care License issued by the Wisconsin State Department of Children and Families – Licensing Division and the results of the most recent licensing inspection are displayed at the front door of the Center.
