Welcome to Once Upon a Time Child Care Center. We hope you and your children enjoy your time with us. Feel free to offer suggestions and ask questions at any time. This site will provide you with information about Once Upon a Time Child Care Center, LLC (Once Upon a Time) as well as many of our policies and procedures. Our policies, tuition and fees are subject to change without notice. Please refer to the most current General Policy manual which is located in the reception area of the center. If you have questions, concerns or ideas to share at any time, please feel free to talk with your child’s teacher, the Center Director or Administrator.
Once Upon a Time Child Care Center, LLC is a limited liability corporation, locally owned and managed. Once Upon a Time Child Care Center is licensed to serve 140 children ages 6 weeks through fifth grade in a full-time, year-round child care program. Center hours are: 6:30 am – 6:00 pm Monday – Friday.
Policies, tuition and fees are subject to change at any time without notice. The most current set of OUAT General Policies, Tuition Schedule and a copy of the State of Wisconsin Child Care Licensing Rules are located in the reception area of the Center and are available for review.
